My Story
When people say Scentsy is life, they aren't kidding. Think about it. When you get a whiff of something that smells amazing, it makes you happy. On the flip side, when you smell something that isn't pleasant, it makes you grumpy.
Scentsy is more than just wax and warmers. I have fallen in love with the laundry line, fan diffusers and fragrance flowers just to name a few. The quality and simplicity of Scenty's products cannot be compared.
When people ask me why I joined Scentsy, two things come to mind. The first and main reason I joined Scentsy was for myself. After being a stay-at-home Mom for 5+ years, you start to lose your feeling of worth. I wanted something successful I could call my own and contribute to my family, which leads to my second reason. The second reason I joined Scentsy was for my family. I’m an Army wife and Mom to two boys. Getting and maintaining a job as an Army wife isn’t the easiest, plus I still wanted to be home with my boys who were 3 and 5 at the time. We moved 3 times in 3 years so stability wasn’t great (aka Army Life!). I thought about joining Scentsy multiple times in the 2 years prior before I actually joined always knowing I wanted to start my own business. I wanted to make some income but going back to work at a 9-5 job was just not realistic for our family. I wanted to be my own boss, work my own hours, make money, and still be there for my boys at the drop of a hat and Scentsy could give me all of that. So I made the leap. I dove right in and haven’t looked back once. The possibilities are endless and here I am, seven years later living my best life.
